The proposed design is inspired by a contemporary theme demonstrating passive climate mitigation strategies. The facade of most of the buildings is symmetrical and there is the use of repeated elements in the design. Further, the building is provided with a louvered facade that provides filtered natural lighting that pours in through the louvers. as well as it also provides a natural cooling effect. The institution-building is separated into Four blocks linked by a linear courtyard space and these four blocks are connected by a long bridge which in turn becomes a space for interaction among students and faculty.

Solar panels and sewage water treatment plant is also provided with in the campus. There is ample of landscaping with lush vegetation and hardscape planned with in the campus.
