ITC LSTC

The vision that drove the master plan was to build infrastructure in LSTC that caters to the requirements of all the subdivisions for the next couple of decades and ensure LSTC remains the cutting-edge innovation centre for ITC. To also include aspects of digitalization, sustainability, and new workspace trends during implementation. The Foods and the Personal Care division are a rapidly growing sector. Therefore there was an immediate need for space to accommodate more labs, pilot plants, office spaces, etc. Therefore by increasing the scope from just the immediate needs we were able to cater to the needs of the above-mentioned and other divisions for the next 10-15 years. Through the Master Plan, the entire campus was reformed in a phased manner ensuring the best utilization of the available land and FAR.
